Angel's Layouts - a couple cute themed layouts, as well as css grids.
Eggramen's Resources - multiple css stylesheets that vary in style.
Rarebit - one of the most used layouts for webcomics.
sweetEMBED templates - gestures to my blog. i'm using multiple sweetembed templates! very easy for beginners, easy to change/update, also has things like custom cursors and audioplayers.
Teppy's Layouts - several aesthetic layouts for different purposes. has a tutorial walking through how to use their templates, and teaches how to use iframes.
